About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who has worked in the office of an electrical contractor and understands the electrical service industry.

You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, qualifying incoming service requests, assisting with estimates, following up on proposals, coordinating directly with the owner, and ensuring jobs move smoothly from the initial phone call through completion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working for an electrical contractor or electrical service company.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using mHelpDesk.
• Experience using field service management software.
• Experience preparing electrical estimates or assisting with bids.
• Ability to read electrical plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Familiarity with electrical terminology and common materials.
