Job summary

Guthrie Engineering (S) Pte Ltd seeks an Electrical Quality Assurance Technician to inspect, test, and verify that switchboards, panels, and related components meet design specs and safety standards before shipment. You will perform in-process inspections, FAT testing, and detailed documentation to support quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 1–2 years in QA/QC within manufacturing, ability to interpret electrical diagrams, and proficiency with testing equipment and hand tools.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Able to read electrical wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, and schematics.
• Proficient with hand tools, precision measuring tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections during board assembly, verifying component wiring and schematic adherence.
• Conduct final inspection and functional tests (e.g., breakers, lights, meters) and dielectric strength testing.
• Create, maintain, and update inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformity reports.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales to resolve quality issues and support project timelines.
