Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Manager/Engineer to lead electrical design review, construction, and handover for large-scale developments in the Philippines. The role requires coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure milestones are met.

Applicants must hold a PE license (REE) in the Philippines and have at least 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience, with strong knowledge of PEC and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines is required.
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical project activities from design review through construction and handover.
• Oversee MV/LV power distribution, substations, transformers, generators, lighting, grounding, and ELV interface systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, utility providers, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and safety performance.
• Review technical submissions, shop drawings, method statements, and commissioning plans.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Job Description
