MRBraz & Associates, LLC in Fort Worth, TX seeks an entry-level Electrical Project Engineer to lead design, construction, and commissioning of electrical projects across the lifecycle, perform load calculations, design power distribution, and ensure safety, on-time, and within budget.

The role requires 1–3 years in electrical project management or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, proficiency in English, and ability to read AES/drawings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in electrical project management, design or construction management, facility management, engineering or architecture.
• Comfortable reading and understanding AES and drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is a plus.

We are seeking an entry level Electrical Project Engineer to lead the design, construction, and commissioning of electrical projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire electrical project lifecycle, from concept to completion, Perform Electrical load calculations, design electrical power distribution systems, and ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Duties

Perform electrical load calculations, design electrical power distribution systems, develop and maintain a master schedule of all work associated with the electrical discipline of projects and manage the Electrical General Contractor and sub-contractor deadlines.

• Monitor and evaluate progress and performance and prepare weekly summaries.

• Create and manage construction schedule and activities.
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors.

• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Travel to jobsites required for supervision, both extended and short-term travel required.

Experience

• 1-3 years’ working experience in electrical project management, design or construction management, facility management, engineering or architecture, or a related field.
• Comfortable reading and understanding AES and drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software and ACAD a plus.
• Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs

• Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably in the Industrial Refrigeration or engineering industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices Experience with project coordination and construction site management

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
