The Vibo Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical installations, ensure proper operation and maintenance, and enforce safety compliance across projects. This role supports project operations by planning, inspecting, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the project team.
Key duties include design reviews, supervising installation, testing and commissioning, and preparing technical reports.
Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing electrical installations, ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. This role plays a vital part in maintaining electrical system reliability, supporting project operations, and delivering quality engineering solutions through effective planning, inspection, troubleshooting, and coordination with the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and evaluate electrical plans, layouts, and technical drawings.
Supervise and monitor electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot electrical problems.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and other engineering teams.
Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and other project documentation.
Monitor project schedules, materials, and workmanship to ensure quality and timely completion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) is an advantage or a requirement, depending on company needs.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, electrical plans, and safety standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when required.
Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
