Job summary

First Multi Tech Industrial & Development Corp. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform technical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.

The role focuses on generator sets, air conditioning systems, electrical panels, and related components, ensuring smooth operation and timely repairs. The candidate should have knowledge of generator set operation and maintenance, with at least six months of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge on operating, repairs and maintenance of generator set or related equipment.
• At least six (6) months working experience of the same capacity or background.
• National Certificate in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Automotive Servicing, Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning, etc. are accepted.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure that equipment and machines continue to run smoothly.
• Conducts aircon repair and maintenance.
• Inspects electrical panels, temperature, rectifiers, check fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
