Job summary

Brent Group of Company seeks a diligent maintenance technician to maintain electrical systems and assist with inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment at the Petron Station.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues in compressors, capacitors, relays, thermostats, and motors, and ensuring proper operation of refrigerant systems and electrical panels. Work is on-site in Bulacan Balagtas.

Qualifications

• At least high school graduate or TESDA-certified related to HVAC/Refrigeration.
• Proven experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiar with electrical wiring and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems involving wiring, lighting, switches, outlets, breakers, electrical panels, and other components.
• Perform basic electrical installation, repair, and replacement works.
• Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeters and clamp meters.
• Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting of split-type, window-type, and package air-conditioning units.
• Diagnose electrical and operational problems involving compressors, capacitors, contactors, relays, thermostats, motors, and control components.
• Inspect air-conditioning units for abnormal operation, refrigerant-related symptoms, water leakage, and poor cooling performance.
• Check electrical connections, breakers, and controls of AC equipment.
