Job summary

Kerry Group is seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Philippines, Batangas site. The role reports to the Engineering Supervisor and focuses on ensuring continuous utility supply, equipment reliability, and adherence to maintenance KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a similar role, a relevant engineering degree, and hands-on experience with instrumentation, PLCs, and CMMS/SAP systems. CAD knowledge is a plus for supporting plant upgrades and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent professional license.
5+ years of experience in a similar maintenance/engineering role.
Proven knowledge of instrumentation, controls, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Ensure continuous supply of engineering utilities and equipment availability for production.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance per procedures and KPIs.
Support energy and water conservation programs aligned with sustainability KPIs.
Troubleshoot downtime and equipment/utility failures; plan and execute repairs.
Maintain up-to-date spare parts inventory and maintenance library records.
Oversee calibration, repair, and programming of process equipment and utilities.
