Job summary

Newtrail Services Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Project Design Assistant to support design activities, scheduling, and coordination for manufacturing start-up or construction projects. You will maintain project documentation, monitor progress, guide contractors on safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate meetings with contractors, consultants, and internal teams, including site visits.

You should have at least 2 years’ relevant experience and COSH training, and be able to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project design, preferably in manufacturing start up or construction projects.
• Familiarity with construction schedules, documentation, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, execution, and tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communication among contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, drawings, permits, and reports.
• Guide contractors on construction safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental standards.
• Prepare weekly status reports and provide project updates.
