Job summary

TES Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Metro Manila team. This full-time role focuses on electrical maintenance and engineering across our operations, ensuring reliability, safety and optimal performance of electrical systems.

You will inspect, design, plan maintenance, supervise technicians, and work with cross-functional teams to support projects. A degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in electrical maintenance and engineering.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, power distribution and industrial equipment.
Proficiency with electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Solid understanding of electrical safety codes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical capability for fieldwork in various environments.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Professional engineering licensure or relevant certifications preferred.
Experience with industrial facilities or manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect, test, and diagnose electrical systems and equipment to identify faults and maintenance requirements.
Plan and execute maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and ensure operational continuity.
Design electrical systems and modifications to meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement corrective actions.
Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation of work performed.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and improvements.
Train and supervise maintenance technicians on electrical procedures and safety protocols.
Manage inventory of electrical components and equipment.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend preventive maintenance strategies.
