Job summary

JFE Techno Manila, Inc. is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation engineer to join our Manila team. The role focuses on designing and developing sludge incineration, water purification, and wastewater treatment facilities, contributing to robust E&I solutions.

You will prepare SLDs, Load Lists, Cable Lists, Material Requisitions, I/O Lists, and related documentation, and create E&I construction drawings and 3D models, including cable trays and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering required and PRC license.
• Experience in planning, design, and calculation of E&I systems preferred.
• Experience with modelling equipment, piping supports and piping layouts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the design and development of Sludge Incineration, Water Purification, and Wastewater Treatment facilities.

• Preparation of Single Line Diagrams, Load List, Cable List, Material Requisition, I/O List, etc.

• Creation of E&I related construction drawings and 3D models including Cable Tray layouts, Wiring system Diagrams, and Instrumentation Hook-up Drawings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS in Electrical Eng’g; PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Having relevant experience in planning, design, and calculation of E&I system, including modelling of equipment, piping supports and piping layout of Incineration, and Wastewater Treatment Facilities are preferred.

• Has background in using Autocad or any related engineering design software.

• Preferably familiar with design standard JIS.

• Knowledgeable, and have good skills in using Microsoft Office.

• Must be willing to work within a team of engineers to execute given task.

• Must be willing to learn the Japanese language to have a better communication with Japanese counterparts.
