JFE Techno Manila, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer to design and review electrical systems for Waste-to-Energy projects, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and life-safety systems.
The role involves coordination with mechanical and civil teams, preparing drawings and load calculations, and developing technical specifications. Fresh graduates with PRC license are welcome, with opportunities to work on-site or in Japan according to project needs.
Design and review electrical systems for WtE buildings, including:
Power distribution
Lighting systems
Grounding and lightning protection
Fire alarm and emergency systems
Coordinate with mechanical and civil teams during design and construction phases
Prepare electrical drawings, load calculations, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications
The successful applicant can also expect to learn and perform engineering design works related to building mechanical systems.
Graduate of BS in Electrical Eng'g; PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of electrical systems in buildings:
Lighting and power systems
Electrical Load Calculations
Equipment layout and coordination
Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office.
Experience in any 3D tools is an advantage.
Willing to be assigned in project sites or in the design office in Japan, depending on project requirements.
Willing to be trained in both design and site inspection roles.
Must study hard and learn Japanese language to have better communication with Japanese staff.
