Job summary

Puerto Primera Incorporated is seeking an Electrical Project Manager Assistant to support field and office tasks in Metro Manila. You will help manage project documentation, liaise with clients and suppliers, and assist in ensuring projects meet cost and schedule targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, basic AutoCAD skills, and good English communication. Willingness to relocate for project assignments and to work extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle projects within cost and schedule.
• Attend project monitoring site progress.
• Prepare technical documents: drawings, BOM, schedule, daily reports.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and workers.
• Deliver quality work to meet requirements.
• Prepare proposals and costing for tenders.
• Assist project manager to execute site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to handle and complete the project within the stipulated cost and schedule.
• Attend the project monitoring site work progress.
• To prepare project technical document such as drawing, bill of material, project schedule, daily report etc.
• Liaison with the client, suppliers, contractors and workers.
• Deliver good quality of work to meet the specified requirement.
• Prepare proposal and costing for project tender
• To become project manager assistant to execute project and site manage task

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical).
• Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and maintenance (motors, control systems, control, etc.) preferred.
• Willing to be assigned for field work, flexible and can work extended hours if required
• Good interpersonal skill with ability to interact well at all levels.
• Able to work under tight schedule and minimum supervision.
• Mature personality, independent and self-motivated and capable to apply technical skills in decision making.
• Candidate must be willing to relocate depending on the project assignment
