Project Execution & Supervision

• Coordinate and oversee installation activities to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Supervise installation crews, electricians, and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and other components.
• Conduct quality checks during and after installation; ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and maintain all project documentation including technical reports, inspection checklists, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure systems comply with national and local electrical standards and utility interconnection requirements.
• Assist in securing permits and approvals from LGUs, utilities, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning; validate system performance against design specifications.
• Provide training to clients on system operation and maintenance.
• Prepare turnover documents including warranties, manuals, and completion certificates.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Master Electrician (RME) is a plus.
