Job summary

TRANS-ASIA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to monitor and supervise electrical works for mid to high-rise residential projects. You will ensure adherence to engineering standards, specifications, and construction plans while coordinating with project teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Registered Electrical Engineer credential. Strong writing and verbal communication, plus attention to detail, are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in electrical works monitoring for mid to high-rise buildings.
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer.
• Proficient with relevant software and computer literacy.
• Clear written and oral communication; good interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, meticulous and systematic in approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction plans and ensure compliance with specifications through close inspections.
• Review plans, cost estimates, and specs for conformance with standard specifications.
• Check materials delivered and workmanship quality.
• Prepare progress reports and field notes for electrical works.
• Prepare correspondence, daily inspection reports, punch lists, and records of changes.
• Provide recommendations on progress payments and change orders.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

About the role

This role involves monitoring and supervision of electrical works in mid to high-rise residential building projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, specifications, and construction plans.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor implementation of the construction plan and ensure compliance with issued specifications, procedures, and engineering standards through close physical inspection during project execution and installation of equipment and materials

• Review plans, cost estimates, and specifications for conformance with standard specifications

• Check materials delivered and workmanship quality

• Report any deviation or issues contrary to plans and specifications against acceptable engineering standards

• Prepare progress reports for electrical works of the project

• Prepare necessary correspondence, daily inspection reports, punch lists, and maintain records of changes and field notes

• Prepare recommendations on approval of progress payments and change orders

• Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned

About you

• At least 3-5 years experience in electrical works monitoring and supervision of mid to high-rise residential buildings

• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer

• Above average intellectual ability

• Computer literate with proficiency in relevant software

• Can communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

• Good interpersonal relation skills

• Trustworthy, focused, meticulous and systematic in approach

• Extreme patience, persistence and flexibility in work implementation

• Good moral character and professional integrity
