Gokongwei Brothers Foundation seeks an analytical, engaging Social Media strategist to lead our educator community operations and drive adoption of Educator Programs. You will manage content across major platforms, translate analytics into growth actions, and nurture teacher communities with practical playbooks and insightful tips.

You will host onboarding sessions and webinars, create video tutorials, and build a searchable Knowledge Base to streamline teacher experience.

Competenze

5–7 years of experience in social media management, audience analytics, community management, or digital marketing.
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Educational Technology, Education, or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Group Insights, and analytics platforms.
Knowledge Base platforms and automation tools (Notion, Zendesk, Help Scout, Zapier, ManyChat).
Proficiency in generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
Strong analytical thinking, excellent writing, data-driven storytelling, and live online session facilitation.
Experience working with teachers or school communities is a strong advantage!

Manage content planning, publishing, and engagement across Facebook Groups, Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Build analytics dashboards and translate audience behavior into actionable insights for acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
Mobilize teacher communities through practical playbooks, pedagogical tips, and peer showcases.
Host onboarding sessions and webinars, and develop short video tutorials.
