Job summary

Gokongwei Brothers Foundation is seeking an analytical and engaging professional to lead our social media strategy and educator community operations. You’ll drive adoption of our Educator Programs and support teachers in using Class Builder effectively.

You’ll manage content across Facebook Groups, Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, build dashboards, and translate data into action while hosting onboarding sessions and creating practical tutorials for teachers.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in social media management or digital marketing.
• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Educational Tech, Education, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite and social analytics tools.
• Experience with Knowledge Base platforms (Notion, Zendesk, Help Scout, Zapier, ManyChat).
• Experience with teacher or school communities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media strategy and educator community operations.
• Manage content planning, publishing, and engagement across Facebook Groups, Pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Build analytics dashboards and translate audience behavior into insights that support acquisition, activation, adoption, and retention.
• Mobilize teacher communities through practical playbooks, pedagogical tips, and peer showcases.
• Host onboarding sessions and webinars, and develop short video tutorials.
• Build a searchable Knowledge Base and automate community workflows to improve the teacher experience.
