Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role in BPO with omni-channel handling.
• Experience in student enrollment or related environment advantageous.
• Proficiency in reporting and data management tools.
• Strong performance management and corrective action experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Student Enrollment Assistants or Admissions Support to meet service level commitments and targets.
• Provide regular coaching and mentoring to enhance team skills, confidence, and product knowledge.
• Enforce data integrity protocols for accurate record-keeping.
• Assign tasks effectively to optimize workflow and ensure timely completion.
• Escalate critical issues to the Senior Team Leader promptly.
• Participate in departmental and company meetings as required.
• Support and mentor new and existing Student Enrollment Advisors to improve performance.
• Develop and issue employee scorecards and drive performance improvements.
• Manage staff corrective actions, including incident reporting and terminations processes.
• Review attendance notifications and make decisions accordingly.
• Address employee concerns across departments and resolve them.
• Generate and manage operational reports (attendance, actions, notifications).
• Recommend improvements to metrics and processes for efficiency.
• Foster a positive, motivating work environment for the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
