Job summary

Job Vacancy Phil is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant Manager in Pasig to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery for a superior customer experience.

You will manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory, and coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers while driving efficiency and cost reduction through leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications are a plus.
• 5–7 years progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles with 2–3 years in a managerial position.
• Direct experience in e-commerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and returns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure high order accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory; coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs; promote team collaboration.
