Job Vacancy Phil in Pasig is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant Manager to oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring high order accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role manages warehouse operations, inventory, coordinates with 3PL providers and carriers, and drives initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
• A minimum of 5-7 years progressive experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain roles with at least 2-3 years in managerial or leadership position.
• Direct experience in e-commerce operations:order processing, inventory management, shipping and return systems and best practices.
• Knowledge in managing warehouses, 3PL partners and/or fulfillment centers.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling operations (handling order volume growth and seasonal spikes).
• Expertise with major ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Marketplace Accounts, Anchanto Solutions, Magento) and order management system (OMS).
• Knowledgeable in using and implementing inventory and warehouse management systems.
