Faccelove is seeking a proactive customer support specialist to respond to inquiries by email, resolve order concerns, and provide accurate product information. You will manage tickets with Zendesk, assist with Shopify-based orders, and maintain a friendly brand voice.

The role requires hands-on experience in e-commerce support, strong written communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team. 7 days availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills are required.
• Proven experience answering customer emails.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk and Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience using Shopify for order tracking and returns.
• Experience in e-commerce customer support is required.
• Familiarity with Slack or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.
• Handle customer concerns, complaints, and order issues.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and policies.
• Manage support tickets using Zendesk or similar tools.
