Qualifications

• Analyze data to understand customer shopping behaviours/trends, and identify digital customer engagement opportunities.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve chat support metrics and ratings and reviews.
• Conceptualize category/brand campaign themes, creative content and develop ideas on how to promote awareness, drive traffic and demand on our brands and products online.
• Lead and monitor on-platform solutions, digital shelf metrics and campaign performance and provide insights.
