Job summary

Hatasu Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development professional to drive eBike sales across the Isabela area and surrounding regions. You will build dealer networks, conduct market research, and coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and strong partner relationships.

The role requires proven field sales experience, ownership of a motorcycle and a valid license, and the ability to travel across Quezon Province and nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in eBike or related industries.
• Ability to meet targets with minimal supervision.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication across dealers, retailers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales in assigned areas.
• Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
• Manage and monitor sales activities across the Quezon region and nearby areas.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and support sales partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.
• Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
