Job summary

HATASU Philippines is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to demonstrate products, consult customers, and promote the HATASU brand at our Ilocos Region store. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and help drive daily sales while ensuring a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has at least a high school education, is fluent in English and Tagalog, communicates well, and enjoys high interaction with people. Prior sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school graduates are required.

• Ability to communicate in English and Tagalog.

• Outgoing, cheerful, and strong interpersonal skills.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and consultations with customers and dealers.
• Promote HATASU brand and products to achieve retail sales goals.
• Assist in resolving after-sales concerns.
• Maintain store image and product displays; report inventory health.
• Comply with store rules and regulations.
• Participate in training and sales policy assessments.
• Support promotional activities directed by management.
