Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a engineering discipline as listed.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of work experience.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering principles.
• Willingness to commit to the full 24-month BEST Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured technical training covering WD manufacturing systems, safety, quality standards and engineering fundamentals.
• Support small-scope improvement projects in Phase 2 under mentor guidance.
• Document observations, complete standard work instructions, and contribute to yield data collection.
• Engage in regular check-ins, milestone assessments and IDP reviews.
• Demonstrate continuous learning and commitment through the 24-month program toward permanent absorption.
