The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1–2 years in e-commerce or marketplace operations, with strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or related roles.
• Experience handling returns/refunds in major platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Process returns and refund requests across all platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
• Validate claims based on platform policies and internal guidelines.
• Ensure all cases are resolved within defined SLA.
• Monitor and process order cancellations across channels.
• Identify root causes such as stock availability issues and operational errors; coordinate with teams to reduce recurrence.
• Handle escalated post-sales issues and ensure proper resolution.
• Minimize refunds and financial losses; identify opportunities for recovery.
• Track refund rates and cancellation rates; provide insights to improve processes.
