Job summary

TOYOGO in the Philippines is seeking an e-commerce Operations Coordinator to manage Online Shop, Shopify, and Lazada, process orders accurately, plan promotions, and coordinate daily orders including picking, packing and dispatch.

You will work with warehouse teams to ensure timely shipments, inventory control, and fulfillment via store pickup or delivery. The role requires a diploma, 2 years in e-commerce, SEM/SEO understanding, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales
• Understanding of SEM and SEO processes
• Strong administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Independent work capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily online orders, including picking, packing and arranging deliveries
• Handle processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Plan, create and manage all e-commerce promotion activities
• Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management
• Ensure fulfillment of customers' orders via store pick-up or delivery service
• Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries and deliveries efficiently
• Proactively understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks and queries
• Answer incoming calls and deal with email inquiries
• Monitor and prepare operation reports and reconciliation
• Manage social media marketing
