Summer Technic Corp. is seeking a customer-focused E-Commerce Host to join our retail team in Ortigas, Pasig.

This full-time role links online customers with our physical store, ensuring smooth shopping across digital and in-store channels. You will manage listings, respond to inquiries, process orders, coordinate stock between online and offline outlets, and support promotional campaigns, all while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some tertiary education in retail or business is advantageous.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or e-commerce environments.
• Proficient with computer systems, e-commerce platforms, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in orders and inventory management.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with inventory management or order management software preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations and supply chain processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor e-commerce activities: listings, inventory updates, and order processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
• Process online orders and ensure accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.
• Coordinate online store and physical location to manage stock and availability.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally for satisfactory resolutions.
• Update product information, descriptions, and pricing on the platform.
• Generate reports on e-commerce performance, sales trends, and feedback.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and online sales marketing.
• Maintain records of transactions, interactions, and inventory movements.
• Provide support during peak periods and promotional events.
