Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce or online retail.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Experience with analytics tools and performance reporting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the online store and marketplaces, ensuring accurate product listings and optimized listings.
• Develop strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates; monitor promotions and pricing.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts with paid ads, social media, and email campaigns; track campaign performance.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to maintain product availability and uploads.
• Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC) and generate performance reports for management.
• Improve the customer journey and shopping experience; address feedback and optimize service processes.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and performance standards.
