Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Picker/Packer, Warehouse Staff, Fulfillment Staff, or E-Commerce Warehouse Staff is preferred
• Experience handling Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other online orders is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items as required
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy even when handling multiple orders
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Willing to work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders and picking lists
• Check product codes/SKUs, quantities, variants, and product condition
• Pack orders properly and securely according to company standards
• Print and attach waybills and shipping labels
• Sort and organize completed orders for courier pickup
• Assist with receiving, arranging, and restocking inventory
• Conduct basic inventory counting and checking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and packing area
• Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment tasks when needed
