The role will examine customer, sales, product, and order data to help the business understand performance and identify trends for informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years in data analytics, with experience in e-commerce or retail analytics, and strong SQL/BI tool skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, statistics, business, IT, CS, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or reporting.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, digital, or customer analytics preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL and BI/dashboard tools.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards for the E-commerce team.
• Analyze sales, customer behavior, products, orders, and promotions.
• Monitor customer trends such as new, returning, and inactive customers.
• Provide insights to support marketing, merchandising, customer experience, and operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and investigate data discrepancies.
• Work with the Data and E-commerce teams to improve reports and data quality.
• Translate business questions into meaningful data insights.
• Maintain and update dashboards and reporting tools.
• Present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
