Job summary

Much Prosperity Trading International Inc is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative in the Philippines. You will respond to inquiries across chat, email, and social media, and support orders and deliveries.

You will coordinate with warehouses, maintain records, and strive for high customer satisfaction. Previous e-commerce experience and platform familiarity are a plus; growth opportunities exist within the team.

Qualifications
