Job summary

MUCH PROSPERITY TRADING INTERNATIONAL, INC. (MPTII) is seeking an E-commerce Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle inquiries, disputes, and platform compliance across Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.

The role ensures timely, accurate responses and close coordination with internal teams. The CSR will manage orders, refunds, and returns, file disputes with supporting documents, and monitor dispute status to resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in e-commerce customer service or online seller support.
• Familiar with Seller Center tools, dispute filing, and chat support workflows.
• Good written communication in English and Filipino.
• Detail-oriented and organized, especially in documentation and evidence handling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and platform messaging tools in a timely and professional manner.
• File disputes and claims accurately on Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Seller Centers with supporting documents.
• Monitor returns and refunds and track dispute status until resolution.
• Maintain records and provide updates on dispute volume and common issues.
