Job summary

YUSEN LOGISTICS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a qualified D365 F&O Finance Consultant to provide functional support and lead configurations for GL, AP, AR, and related modules in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, ensure tax compliance, and support closing processes. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, D365 F&O experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Experience in D365 F&O Finance implementation and support.
• Knowledge of finance processes, D365 F&O configuration, and Philippine tax requirements (VAT, EWT, BIR).
• Familiarity with workflows, security roles, and statutory reporting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Amenable to work Onsite / Hybrid / Remote
• Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and maintenance for D365 F&O Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank Management, and Fixed Assets).
• Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot user concerns, and coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements and fixes.
• Configure and maintain finance-related system settings, workflows, posting profiles, and number sequences.
• Support month-end, period-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine tax and statutory requirements, including VAT, EWT, and BIR reporting.
• Generate and validate regulatory reports, including withholding tax certificates, VAT Relief data, and alphalists.
• Assist users with transaction processing, reporting, reconciliations, and system inquiries.
• Maintain functional documentation, user guides, and process procedures.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer to enhance internal capabilities.
• Coordinate with implementation partners on updates, patches, and continuous system improvements.
• Plan and execute operational processes to ensure stable and efficient D365 Finance operations.
