Job summary

77GSI seeks an experienced IT professional to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in Metro Manila. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, develop CRM applications, and ensure reliable deployment with testing and documentation.

You should have 8+ years in IT development, at least two end-to-end CRM projects, and expertise in 1–2 core platforms such as CRM, mobile apps, or ECM. Collaboration with DevOps and the Power Platform is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 end-to-end CRM projects delivered.
• Expertise in 1–2 core platforms such as CRM, mobile app development, or ECM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Translate user/business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop, test, integrate, and deploy CRM applications.
• Provide production support when needed.
• Prepare deployment packages and installation guides.
• Report progress and issues to the Delivery Manager.
