Job summary

IS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPC is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central / Finance Consultant to support the migration from QuickBooks Online to Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/Finance. You will lead data migration, system configuration, and post-go-live support within a flexible, consulting-based engagement.

The role includes end-to-end implementation, ongoing advisory work, and collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in remote or hybrid settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 BC/Finance consultant or implementation specialist.
• Strong hands-on experience with finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets.
• Experience migrating from QuickBooks Online to Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of data migration, reconciliation, and ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, consulting-based engagement.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from QuickBooks Online to Dynamics 365 BC/Finance.
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 to meet client needs.
• Provide end-to-end support during and after go-live.
• Engage with clients remotely or in hybrid settings with stakeholders.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central / Finance Consultant to support the migration from QuickBooks Online (QBO) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/Finance.

This role will play a critical part in the end-to-end implementation, including data migration, system configuration, and post-go-live support. The engagement will begin with the migration project and continue on an ongoing, ad hoc consulting basis to optimize system performance and address evolving business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance Consultant / Implementation Specialist
• Strong hands-on experience with Finance and Accounting modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience in ERP migration projects, ideally from QuickBooks or similar systems
• Solid understanding of:
  • Financial data migration and reconciliation
  • ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience in system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting within Dynamics 365
• Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a flexible, consulting-based engagement
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience specifically migrating from QuickBooks Online to Dynamics 365
• Background in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications (Business Central or Finance)
• Experience working in consulting or project-based environments
