You will demonstrate vehicles, tailor quotations and financing options, negotiate terms, close deals, and maintain customer records for repeat business. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record in automotive or similar customer-facing roles, excellent communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably automotive or similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
• Excellent negotiation abilities and a results-oriented approach to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of automotive products, features and industry trends is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to demonstrate vehicles to customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by the sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications and benefits to prospective customers.
• Prepare and present quotations, pricing proposals and financing options tailored to individual customer needs.
• Negotiate sales terms and close transactions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation in the company system.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat sales or referrals.
• Stay informed about vehicle inventory, product specifications, promotional offers and competitor activity.
• Participate in sales training, team meetings and company events to enhance knowledge and skills.
