Job summary

Planet Sports Inc. is seeking a salesperson to join our team in Negros Occidental. The role focuses on executing a personal sales strategy, building rapport with customers, and communicating product benefits and features.

You will manage stock orders, ensure proper displays and price tagging, and maintain organized stockrooms by category and size. The position requires vigilance in stock levels and punctual participation in product orientations.

Qualifications

• Willing to be deployed at SM Bacolod.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a personal and aggressive sales approach to achieve personal sales set forth by the Store Manager.
• Builds a positive rapport with regular and/or walk-in customers.
• Communicates to the customer the products benefits and features.
• Orders stocks from the stockroom/warehouse for client’s purchases.
• Ensures adequate product displays/merchandizing in their assigned area per sports category.
• Ensures correct price tagging of assigned products.
• Ensures products are stored by gender by category and by size in the stockroom in an orderly manner.
• Recommends additional orders of stocks based on product movement.
• Regularly monitors the adequacy of stocks in the selling area.
• Recommends/notifies Sales Supervisor of the need to re-order.
• Monitors sales of products assigned on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by the Sales Head.
• Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of their assigned area.
• Ensures attendance to scheduled product orientations
• Participates in off-site selling activities (special bazaars) as scheduled by Sales Head or Store management.
• Secures and safeguards the assets of the company such as stocks, equipment, documents, facilities and the likes which are located in his / her area / store assignment.
• Participates in the restitution of confirmed losses based on official of investigation and report of the company’s authorized department.
• Performs other functions related, analogous and germane to the preceding enumerations as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.
• Report any anomalies or errs in the store.
