Job summary

Avid Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a store associate in the Philippines to actively support sales targets and store operations. You will drive customer service excellence, clearly communicate product features, and ensure accurate merchandising and stock levels across the floor.

You will adhere to store policies, assist with deliveries, and maintain a safe, tidy selling environment while continually seeking coaching opportunities to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, take ownership to meet or exceed them
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customers’ needs
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures
• Maintain Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
• Process deliveries quickly and replenish fixtures to represent the product offer
• Minimize loss in stockroom and sales floor
• Perform store operations in a safe, effective and efficient manner
• Complete all applicable training programs and apply learning on the job
• Seek coaching to continually improve performance
• Seek coaching to continually improve performance
• Manage inventory, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain displays
• Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise, and assist in receiving deliveries
• Ensure products are labeled, check for damaged goods, and keep the store tidy
• Perform other tasks assigned by Retail Operation Department
