Job summary

Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Service Technician to support our refrigeration and air-conditioning systems at customer sites. You will follow the Service Manual, identify repairs, and perform efficient maintenance to ensure peak performance.

The role requires a Vocational Diploma or engineering degree, 1 year of refrigeration experience, and a valid driver license. Fresh graduates are welcome; benefits include health coverage and career development.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in commercial refrigeration; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology; reads blueprints and layouts; operates tools and machines; holds a driver license.

Responsibilities

• Refers to the Service Manual to guide service delivery standards and best practices.
• Identifies and recommends repairs or replacements; performs service on scheduled visits.
• Executes corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance; recommends solutions.
• Complies with all safety and PPE policies and maintains a safe workplace.
• Submits Service Reports to Service Center and clients.
• Transmits and secures delivery receipts, transmittal slips, and other documents.
• Coordinates with Warehouse on material requisition and return.
• Performs other duties necessary to accomplish goals.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Refers to the Service Manual to guide oneself in the standards and best practices in delivering service
• Identifies and recommends repairs and/or replacement of units; provides best solutions to clients and performs service on agreed schedule
• Performs corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance services and recommends solutions
• Complies with the company’s safety and PPE policies
• Complies with Basic Occupational Safety Hazards standards ensures that workplace is clean and safe
• Submits Service Report to the Service Center and clients.
• Transmits, and secures delivery receipts, transmittal slips, and other documents
• Coordinates with Warehouse Dept. regarding material requisition and return
• Performs other duties necessary to accomplish goals

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the commercial refrigeration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required Skill(s): knowledgeable in refrigeration and air-conditioning technology, can read blueprints and layouts, can operate tools and machines, holds driver license
• Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Maintenance/Repair
• (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Preferably knows how to drive four wheels and with driver license
