DRIVER

SF Group of Companies is looking for a responsible, safety-conscious, and reliable Driver to join our Supply Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of company vehicles, transportation and delivery of goods, proper handling of cargo and documents, and assisting in loading/unloading activities when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 10-wheeler truck for delivery and transportation activities.

• Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after trips.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

• Ensure the proper loading, unloading, securing, and handling of cargo.

• Inspect inbound and outbound goods against delivery/issuance documents.

• Check the quantity, item description, condition, packaging, and completeness of goods.

• Properly handle and secure delivery receipts, invoices, waybills, pull-out forms, receiving documents, and other related documents.

• Ensure that required documents are properly signed, completed, and returned/submitted.

• Assist with loading/unloading, arranging, transferring, and organizing warehouse items when necessary.

• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned company vehicle.

• Observe company rules, traffic regulations, and road safety practices.

• Report vehicle concerns, delivery issues, delays, or other concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

• Assist the Warehouseman during periods when there are no deliveries, when necessary.

Qualifications

Education & License

• At least High School Graduate.

• Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the appropriate authority/category to operate a 10-wheeler truck.

• Must have no active suspension or restriction preventing heavy-truck operation.

Experience

• At least 2 years of professional driving experience.

• Previous experience operating a 10-wheeler or similar heavy truck.

• Clean and responsible driving record.

• Experience with long-distance deliveries is an advantage.

• Experience handling agricultural, industrial, construction, or similar cargo is an advantage.

Knowledge & Technical Skills

• Knowledge of the safe operation and handling of 10-wheeler/heavy trucks.

• Knowledge of basic road safety and traffic rules.

• Familiarity with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection.

• Knowledge of proper cargo securing and load distribution.

• Basic truck troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge is an advantage.

• Basic mechanical/troubleshooting skills are an advantage.

• Ability to properly secure and inspect cargo.

• Ability to perform basic vehicle checks before and after trips.

• Willingness and ability to assist with warehouse-related activities when necessary.
