Job summary

Carmona Water District is seeking a reliable Company Driver to support its septage treatment operations in Carmona, Cavite. You will operate and maintain a fleet, haul sludge and waste water, and assist site personnel during official duties with regulatory bodies.

The role requires a valid license with codes A, A1, B, B1, B2 (BE preferred) and at least one year of professional driving experience in government or commercial settings. Safety and vehicle basic maintenance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with codes A, A1, B, B1, B2; BE preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional driver, preferably in government or commercial setting.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a vacuum truck for siphoning/hauling sludge, septage, and waste water to site or concessionaires as scheduled.
• Transport STP personnel during site visits or official business with regulatory bodies.
• Perform loading and unloading of wastewater/sludge at the septage treatment facility.
• Assist in the disposal of solid waste and other waste produced by the STP.
• Perform simple repairs and troubleshooting of assigned vehicle; monitor performance, capacity, and parts; recommend repairs or replacements.
• Perform assigned tasks from time to time.

About the role

As a Company Driver for Carmona Water District, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our fleet of vehicles to support the district's Septage Treatment Facilities operations in Carmona, Cavite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate a vacuum truck for siphoning/hauling of sludge/septage/waste water to the site/concessionaires location based on the schedule;
• Transport STP Personnel during the conduct of site visits / official business with regulatory body/agency;
• Perform loading and unloading of waste water/sludge to the septage treatment facility;
• Assist in the disposal of solid waste and other waste produced by the STP;
• Perform simple repairs and troubleshooting of assigned vehicle; Monitor the vacuum truck's performance, system, capacity, and limit. Recommend repair and replacement (if applicable) of parts of the vehicle;
• Perform assigned tasks from time to time.

About you

• Valid driver's license and restriction codes A, A1, B, B1, B2, and preferably with BE
• At least 1 year of experience as a professional driver, preferably in a government or commercial setting
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
