RSG-211 Inc. is seeking a reliable Driver to safely transport construction materials, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and formworks between the office, project sites, and suppliers in Laguna, Calamba.
You will ensure proper trip documentation, vehicle care, delivery coordination, and related project support activities. The role requires a valid driver’s license and practical knowledge of vehicle inspection and delivery documentation.
RSG-211 Inc. is looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to safely transport construction materials, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and formworks between the office, project sites, suppliers, and other designated locations.
The Driver will also be responsible for proper trip documentation, vehicle care, delivery coordination, and other related project support activities.
Safely operate assigned company vehicles in accordance with traffic regulations and company procedures.
Record time-in and time-out and other required trip details in the assigned logbook.
Secure the required acknowledgement and signatures for trips and assigned activities.
Safely load, secure, transport, and unload construction materials, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and formworks.
Check materials before delivery to ensure that the quantity and condition correspond with the delivery documents.
Obtain the recipient's name, signature, and date as acknowledgment of delivered materials.
For deliveries to client residences, obtain acknowledgment from the client or an authorized recipient.
Immediately coordinate with the office or assigned personnel regarding concerns involving delivery documents, loading, unloading, or materials.
Ensure that transfers of materials, tools, equipment, scaffolding, and formworks are supported by the required approved transfer documents.
Obtain the required acknowledgement on transfer forms and the assigned logbook.
Return completed and signed transfer documents to the office for proper recording and filing.
Conduct routine checks of the assigned vehicle, including oil, water, fuel, lights, horn, battery, brakes, tires, and other essential components.
Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in proper operating condition.
Maintain and update vehicle maintenance records and ensure that required vehicle documents are available.
Obtain proper authorization before using the company vehicle for any trip or activity.
Prepare necessary travel requirements, such as fuel and toll payments, before scheduled trips.
Coordinate with the office or assigned personnel before leaving a delivery location.
Assist in the proper collection and disposal of project-related waste when instructed.
When there are no scheduled trips, assist with other reasonable project-related activities, such as organizing or painting scaffolding, identifying appropriate waste disposal areas, and preparing requirements for upcoming activities.
Submit required payroll and trip documentation, including approved logbook entries, Daily Time Record (DTR), and weekly payroll sheets.
Wear the prescribed company uniform and appropriate work attire while performing assigned duties and when dealing with clients.
Maintain professional and courteous conduct when representing the Company at project sites, client locations, suppliers, and other work locations.
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the Company or Project Management.
Must have a valid driver's license appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
Previous experience as a driver, delivery driver, company driver, or construction-related driver is an advantage.
Knowledge of basic vehicle inspection and routine maintenance.
Familiarity with delivery documentation and logbook procedures is an advantage.
Good knowledge of traffic rules and safe driving practices.
Reliable, responsible, and attentive to details.
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the office, project personnel, suppliers, and clients.
Willing to travel to different project sites and perform related work activities as required by the position.
