Nimbus Mannat exim Inc. is looking for a Drive Test Engineer to support the Globe project. The role involves conducting drive tests, site verification, and reporting on network performance across field locations.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of drive testing experience, RF knowledge across 2G/3G/4G/5G, and experience with TEMS, Nemo, or CellNetix. Willingness to travel within North Luzon is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of drive testing or field testing experience.
• Strong RF fundamentals with knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Experience with TEMS, Nemo, or CellNetix.
• Willing to travel within North Luzon and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct drive tests and collect network KPIs using scanners, GPS, and testing equipment.
• Plan and execute test routes based on project requirements.
• Analyze drive test logs and identify network performance issues.
• Troubleshoot drops, data speed issues, weak coverage, and interference.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot drive test equipment.
• Perform SSV activities including site verification and antenna checks.
• Prepare technical reports and document test results and findings.
• Perform other field-testing and network verification activities as assigned.

About the role

We are looking for a Drive Test Engineer (DTE) to support our Globe project. The successful candidate will conduct field testing and site verification to ensure newly installed, upgraded, or modernized cell sites meet required network performance and service quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct drive tests and collect network KPIs using scanners, GPS, and other testing equipment.
• Plan and execute test routes based on project requirements.
• Analyze drive test logs and identify network performance issues.
• Troubleshoot issues such as dropped calls, poor data speeds, weak coverage, and interference.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot drive test equipment.
• Perform Single Site Verification (SSV) activities, including site verification, antenna checks, and indoor testing when required.
• Prepare technical reports and document test results and findings.
• Perform other field-testing and network verification activities as assigned.

About you

• Hands-on experience with TEMS is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Drive Testing.
• Knowledge of RF fundamentals and 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Experience with TEMS, Nemo, or CellNetix.
• Hands-on experience with TEMS is highly preferred.
• Willing to work in the field and travel within North Luzon.
