Job summary

Epta® in the Philippines is seeking a Draftsman to join our San Pedro Office. The role focuses on 2D and 3D technical drawings for air-conditioning and ductwork, using AutoCAD and Revit, with collaboration across engineering and project teams.

Fresh graduates are welcome; the candidate should interpret design drawings, prepare as-built files, and maintain clear documentation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in every drawing.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing air-conditioning (A/C) and ductwork design and manufacturing drawings.
• Ability to create showcase layouts and store design drawings.
• Capable of interpreting building design drawings, engineering plans, and floor layouts.
• Experience in preparing and updating as-built drawings and design documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop A/C system layouts, ductwork drawings, and related technical documentation.
• Prepare basic electrical line drawings in support of project requirements.
• Create showcase layouts and store design drawings based on project specifications.
• Conduct drawing revisions based on project requirements and site conditions.
• Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and design files.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure drawing requirements are met.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
