EBI Philippines, Inc. is hiring skilled Door Installers for full-time work at dedicated project sites in the Philippines. You will install door frames, hang doors, fit hardware, and ensure proper operation while following drawings and safety rules.

Free accommodation, food, and transportation are provided. The role requires TESDA NCII and 2–3 years of door installation experience, with ability to read basic drawings and work as part of a safety-conscious team on high-risk construction projects.

• Minimum 2–3 years specialized door installation experience.
• TESDA Certificate (trade) required; NCII preferred.
• Able to read basic drawings; professional door frame and hardware installation expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• Prepare door openings and install door frames plumb and level.
• Hang doors; install hinges, locks, closers, seals, thresholds and hardware.
• Ensure doors operate correctly (clearance, swing, sealing).
• Conduct functional testing, identify defects/snags and rectify them.
• Maintain daily progress and quality records.
• Coordinate with adjacent trades and follow site safety rules.

About the role

Urgent Hiring! EBI Philippines, Inc. is looking for professional skilled Door Installers with specialized expertise in door frame installation, door hanging, and hardware fitting. We are seeking qualified, experienced tradesmen who take pride in quality workmanship. This is a full-time position assigned in dedicated project sites. Key responsibilities:

• Read and interpret architectural and shop drawings

• Prepare door openings and install door frames accurately (plumb, level, square)

• Hang and adjust doors; install hinges, locks, closers, seals, thresholds and other hardware

• Ensure doors operate correctly (clearance, swing, sealing)

• Carry out functional testing, identify defects/snags and rectify them

• Maintain daily progress and quality records

• Coordinate with adjacent trades and follow site safety rules

• Deliver high-quality specialized door installation work

• Work accurately, safely, and productively as part of a team

• Follow drawings, specifications, and safety standards at all times
