In this role, you'll ensure the effective management of IT resources, budgets, vendors, contracts, and governance requirements. You'll drive cost optimization, compliance, and operational efficiency while enabling IT teams to deliver reliable services to the business.
What You'll Do
Budget & Cost Management
- Lead the consolidation, analysis, and management of periodic IT budget planning.
- Support annual IT budget preparation, recasting, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Monitor IT expenditures, reconcile invoices, and analyze budget variances.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through license optimization, vendor consolidation, and improved resource utilization.
Contract & Vendor Management
- Administer IT vendor contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations in coordination with Legal and senior management.
- Maintain a centralized repository of IT contracts and monitor renewals, expirations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate vendor performance reviews, SLA monitoring, and issue resolution with IT teams.
- Support effective vendor relationships to ensure service continuity and performance.
Software License & IT Asset Management
- Maintain accurate inventories of software licenses, warranties, subscriptions, and IT assets.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT licenses and ensure proper tracking and compliance.
- Support license true-ups and mitigate financial and compliance risks associated with vendor audits.
- Strengthen financial governance through effective IT asset budget management and forecasting.
- Optimize purchase requisition processing and IT asset-related expenditures.
IT Governance & Compliance
- Centralize and maintain technical documentation to ensure accessibility and version control.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT policies and procedures, including creation, updates, approvals, and retention.
- Track IT audit findings and coordinate timely resolution based on established deadlines.
- Ensure IT administrative processes comply with governance and control requirements.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process IT purchase requisitions and facilitate required approvals for procurement activities.
- Oversee IT onboarding and offboarding requirements, including equipment, access permissions, and workstation setup.
- Manage schedules and administrative requirements for organic and inorganic IT resources.
- Coordinate IT facility requests, office moves, and workstation logistics.
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as required.
You're a good fit if you..
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–5 years of relevant work experience in IT resource administration, IT operations, finance, procurement, vendor management, or related functions.
- Strong experience in IT budget consolidation, variance analysis, cost management, and financial planning.
- Knowledge and experience in IT contract administration, SLA monitoring, and vendor performance management.
- Experience managing software/hardware inventories and IT license lifecycles.
- Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
