Job summary

HON-KWANG ELECTRIC (PHILIPPINES) INC. is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to manage controlled documents and records in the EQMS and ensure proper review, approval, and revision control in accordance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Master List of Controlled Documents, controlling distribution, and ensuring access to the latest approved versions while coordinating with departments on document creation and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
• Ability to apply ISO requirements in document control and EQMS.
• Proficient in MS Office and electronic document management systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized with accurate record-keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain controlled documents and records in the EQMS.
• Ensure documents are reviewed and approved before issuance.
• Control revisions, version numbers, and effective dates.
• Upload, update, and maintain approved documents in the EQMS.
• Ensure obsolete or superseded documents are properly identified and controlled.
• Monitor document changes and maintain revision history.
• Coordinate with departments regarding document creation, revision, and approval.
• Ensure only the latest approved versions of documents are available for use.
• Maintain the Master List of Controlled Documents and related records.
• Control distribution and access of documented information.
