AboitizPower is seeking a DNP Cost Analyst Specialist to support cost management for projects in the Defects and Notification Period (DNP). You will oversee multiple DNP projects, coordinating with Execution, O&M, SCM, and FAD to monitor remaining budgets and process punchlist costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 2 years of experience in Cost Engineering, Cost Estimating, and planning in construction environments.
• 1-2 years of project management experience in Renewable Energy projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor DNP-stage projects across the portfolio, tracking punchlist costs, retention, and warranty expenditures.
• Coordinate with Cost Analyst Manager to align DNP budgets and cost items with the approved final account.
• Maintain a simplified and integrated cost structure for each DNP project to enable effective closeout tracking and reporting.
• Forecast final project costs and analyze residual budget variances.
