Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Information Security Engineer specializing in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to lead enterprise data protection initiatives. The role focuses on deploying and optimizing DLP across Microsoft Purview, M365, and related security controls in a global, regulated environment.

You will partner with architecture, compliance, and business units, develop dashboards, and ensure policy compliance and awareness.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years implementing enterprise-wide DLP solutions with Microsoft Purview.
Experience with Microsoft 365 security features: DLP, data classification, Insider Risk Management.
Familiarity with Proofpoint DLP and email security is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Data Loss Prevention with focus on Purview and M365.
Design, implement, and manage DLP solutions protecting data across endpoints, email, and cloud.
Monitor tool efficacy and improve detection, reporting, and response workflows.
Manage DLP tool lifecycle including capacity planning and upgrades.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, compliance, and infrastructure teams.
Partner with business units to assess needs and promote data protection awareness.
Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to measure DLP performance.
Stay updated on regulatory data protection requirements and threats.
